I believe therapy is a space where people deserve to feel deeply seen, heard, and accepted not just for who they are, but also for who they’re becoming. I approach my work with a strong sense of curiosity, compassion and respect for each person’s lived experience. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, collaborative and meaningful. Professionally, I’ve supported individuals to navigate challenges such as anxiety, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem struggles, trauma and family conflict. I bring both my clinical training and my human self into the room, someone who believes in the strength of vulnerability, the power of connection and the idea that small shifts can create big ripples. If we work together, my hope is that you’ll feel supported not just in managing what’s hard, but also in moving closer to the version of yourself you want to be.

I love people and I love to help people. As a pastor I gained a deep appreciation for grace and mercy and how these can be lived out in gritty, day to day life. I have walked alongside people from various demographic groups, cultures and religions.Personally, I love spending time with my family, my wife and daughter. I enjoy DIY projects, working on cars, gaming, reading, and back-country canoe trips.

With 13 years of experience in the field of counselling, I am dedicated to supporting individuals from all walks of life. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds, each with their unique challenges and strengths. This variety has deepened my understanding of human nature and reinforced my belief in the importance of creating a safe, welcoming space for growth.*I also speak Punjabi and Hindi and am able to provide counselling in these languages.

With over 14 years of emergency service work, first as a Youth Services Officer and then as an Ambulance Communications Officer, I understand the importance of helping those who help others. I can appreciate how difficult it can be to find a work/life balance. As such, I strive to help people reach their goals through an eclectic approach based on meeting everyone’s individual needs. My goal is to help those who help others.

I am passionate about helping people from all walks of life navigate issues related to anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, trauma, self-esteem, addictions, grief, loss and neurodiversity. I am available for Christian based counselling along with all people from other spiritualities. I am compassionate, holistic, collaborative, and strengths based. I desire to help others explore and process relational, emotional, physical, mental and spiritual challenges in a safe and welcoming space while using a bio-psycho-social-spiritual lens and approach. Additionally, I have over 18 years experience working in health care as a pharmacist, the majority of that being in cancer care.
